  2. Someone who is enthusiastic about data and urban development.
  3. Creative but methodical, able to think in small experiments that build on one another and refine hypotheses about different user groups..
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, rapidly iterating based on user feedback and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand and Communications:
  • Ensure consistent, authentic, and creative messaging across channels.
  • Experiment with different ways to engage users beyond traditional social media and digital marketing trends.

2. Content Strategy:

  • Research and analyze the content consumed by our target audience and derive insights to create meaningful engagement strategies.
  • Identity patterns and synthesize data about content consumption. From there, propose innovative experiments to validate these insights.

3. Experiment Design & Execution:

  • Design and implement small-scale marketing and communication experiments, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to assess their success.
  • Use insights from experiments to recommend creative marketing strategies and communication frameworks.

4. Marketing Campaigns and Events:

  • Oversee and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, testing non-traditional approaches.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events to engage our target users in ways that drive curiosity and trust.
