Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator with experience in the printing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery, ensuring quality production while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor printing machines (e.g., UV Direct, Laser, Heat Transfer, Silkscreen etc).
• Set up machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production goals are met.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in setting up and operating printing machines as needed.
• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
• Prepare materials for printing runs, including cutting and sorting.
• Conduct quality inspections on printed materials and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a printing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of printing processes and machine operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Skills:

• Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Knowledge of AI or any other printing software.
