- Provide technical support to customers utilizing SOLIDWORKS, addressing software issues and resolving technical queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities by delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Assist customers in post-sales activities by implementing and integrating SOLIDWORKS software into their existing workflows, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency with SOLIDWORKS software, covering best practices and advanced features.
- Create detailed documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and support reports, to assist customers and internal teams.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide tailored solutions using SOLIDWORKS and related services.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products, incorporating them into our solutions and services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows related to SOLIDWORKS implementation and support.
- Other adhoc assignment that assign by the Company.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience with SOLIDWORKS or other CAD software.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience/knowledge in Project Management, Data Management, Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) or Simulation is an added advantage
