Basic Salary RM 6,000 Mandarin Speaker Account Executive @ Shah Alam
1. Oversee the finance department's operations, including financial reporting, accounts receivables and account payables according to finance policies and procedures. 2. Handle full set of accounts for the group of companies. 3. Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet. 4. Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. 5. Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit. 6. Involve in corporate planning including strategy evaluation, budgeting and business planning and financial modelling for entire Group. 7. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. 8. Maintain the financial health of the organization. 9. Analyse costs, pricing, revenue results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans and budget. 10. Develop trends and projections for the company's finances. 11. Company Tax review and including SST monthly review and submission. 12. Oversee banking facilities including Bank Guarantee (BG), letter of credit (LC), Trust Receipt (TR), Banker Acceptance (BA) and Performance Guarantee (PG).
- Must a holder of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA)
- More than 5 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in writing in Malay & English
- Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
- Trustworthy and able to maintain

- Must have experience in preparing full sets
- of accounts and has knowledge in tax
- Able to work independently
- Computer literate
- More than 5 years of experience in related field
- Monthly salary: RM 4,500-6,000
