  • Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff.
  • Ensure that mise en place for food preparation is completed in your section.
  • Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
  • Replenishes service lines as needed and restocks and prepares the workstation for the next shift.
  • Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.
  • Completes assigned tasks as quickly as is safely practical
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
  • Would need to follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean the section and other areas as directed.
  • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
  • Support the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie or Commis II in the daily operation and work.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
