We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in the government and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share in the government and corporate sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships with government agencies and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and health industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, product delivery, and customer support.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical and health products industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling products to government and corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and health market, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
