The HR & Admin Intern shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assist in recruitment activities to fulfill recruitment plans.
- Coordinate the onboarding process of new joiners including conducting orientation.
- Propose new ideas for staff engagement activities for a highly motivated and engaging workforce.
- Assist in verification and data entry for monthly payroll processing.
- Support in maintenance of employee records and documentation.
- Answer and redirect external phone calls to relevant staff members.
- Support in office administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
- A Diploma / Bachelor's degree student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Commit to an internship period of at least three (3) months.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity for teamwork as well as working individually.
- Resourceful, problem-solving and organizational skills.
