Maintenance Mechanic

The purpose of this role is to repair and maintain forklifts/vehicles and overhead crane in WPS to ensure they are functioning properly. This involves inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing engine, hydraulic and other systems. Job Scope: 1. Possess a deep understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues in forklift/ vehicle/ overhead crane. 2. Conduct regular inspections, lubrications, and preventive maintenance on forklift/ vehicle/ cranes to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. 3. Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently, using logical and systematic approaches. 4. Must have a keen eye for detail to perform thorough inspections, identify potential issues, and ensure accuracy in repairs and maintenance work. 5. Respond to breakdowns and emergencies. 6. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures. 7. Handle time accounting and complete work order promptly. 8. Comply with company and government regulations and policies. 9. Work all shifts flexibly when job demands. 10. Carrying out any other duties delegated by the Superior from time to time.
