  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Team and Role Introduction:

Operations Excellence and PMO teams are passionate about developing talents, streamlining processes, and driving success in Lazada Logistics. We thrive on identifying inefficiencies, leveraging data, and collaborating across functions to implement effective process improvements. This role is responsible for leading process improvement initiative to enhance effectiveness & efficiency, reduce cost and improve service performance.

Responsibilities:

-Lead continuous improvement program

-Design and implement initiatives that target waste reduction, streamline processes, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations.

-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, instilling a mindset of ongoing development and excellence across the organization.

-Conduct thorough data analysis using Minitab to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

-Execute Value Stream Mapping and Cycle Time studies to understand current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.

-Direct and manage Kaizen events and Green/Black Belt projects, aligning with business growth objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.

-Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Management System (ISO9001), maintaining compliance and promoting quality standards throughout the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

-Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics operations, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.

-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization in complex data sets.

-Proven track record in implementing process improvements and driving positive change in a fast-paced environment.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and fostering collaboration.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

-Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

-MINITAB

-Understanding ISO 9001:2015 requirements, implementation and internal audit
