  • Collect all forms and get for approval e.g. staff request, leave, and document request.
  • Create purchase request and get approval to submit purchasing.
  • Collect and get approval for relocation/termination form.
  • Collect recruitment evaluation form (RE) & installation application form (IAF) from BDE and get approval from top management.
  • Collect pre-planning, appointment record form, cover appointment record form from BDE team and submit to manager.
  • Collect, check claim/commission from all staff and submit to HR/Account.
  • Arrange department meeting and take minutes meeting.
  • Prepared infosheet & DuitNow sticker upon request.
  • Assist HOD/SOM/OM when filing forms, returns, and control documents according to agreed control procedures.

    Working Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6:30pm)

  • Candidate must Possesses at least Diploma
  • At least 1 (years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospects management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic and friendly.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently on active member in a team.
