Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef at Aurum Theatre in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest quality dining experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning skills
  • Kitchen Management and Food Safety knowledge
  • Experience in leading culinary teams and managing kitchen operations
  • Creativity in developing unique and appealing menu items
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in F&B industry or hospitality sector is a plus
  • Culinary degree or certification is preferred
