Main Responsibilities:

1. Customer Reception: Greets customers warmly as they arrive and leads them to the dining table.

2. Order Taking: Accurately taking customer orders, including any special requests or dietary requirements, and entering them into the system.

3. Food & Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet customer expectations.

4. Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, to effectively answer customer questions and make accurate recommendations.

5. Payment Handling: Process customer payments accurately, including handling cash and credit/debit card transactions.

6. Table Cleaning: Clean dishes, glasses, and dirty cutlery from the table immediately, and prepare the table for new guests.

7. Cleanliness: Ensuring the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, is clean and tidy throughout your service hours.

8. Staff Support: Work with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and address any operational needs.

9. Upselling: Promote special dishes and sell additional menu products to enhance the dining experience and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

  • Open hiring for Malaysians only

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

* Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and public holidays.

BENEFITS & ADVANTAGES:

- Salary offered up to RM2,200.00.

- Working days: 6 days a week

- Working hours: 7.5 hours (Shift)

- 1 hour break
