- Responsible for the daily production of cakes, breads, tart and pastries based on production planning.
- To ensure the production progress and outputs is prepared in accordance to the standard procedures provided given by Chef / Supervisor.
- To ensure good practice in term of housekeeping for production area and hygiene standards are maintained all the time.
- Adhere to food safety & hygiene towards the compliance of FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification), Halal Certification, etc.
- Adhere to the procedure of equipment usage in accordance to the DOSH (Department Occupational Safety & Health) standard in order minimise the risk of injury.
- To carry out any task in related to the company function per instruction by immediate superior.
- To ensure all the policies and procedure of Occupational Safety and Health legislation is adhered to.
Co-ordinate & preparation the requirement outputs based on required quality and quantity as planned by Production Head with adherence to the food safety & hygiene standard.
