Account Executive

Founded in 2019, HS Foodozer Sdn Bhd is a JV partner for the brand of Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus, a well renowned restaurant franchise of 'ayam gepuk' in Malaysia. Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Help in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses under the guidance of senior finance personnel.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial procedures and controls.
• Participate in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree/Professional Qualification in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Computer Literate.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel – Account system such as SQL is an added advantage.
• Great attention to detail is imperative.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Strong analytical ability, particularly analyzing in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in developing clear and detailed reports.
• As you will be exposed to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism and discretion is a must.
• The ability to multi-task is a must.

Our office is located at UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya.
Beside LRT/KTM Subang Jaya (3 mins walk)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
