Executive Accounts
Responsibilities:
- Handle the preparation of GL full set of accounts
- Handle the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Responsible in preparation of Audit Schedules and Tax schedules
- Handle the preparation of subcontractors accounting budgets
- Update of project cost details
- Prepare annual budget with inputs from various department
- Operational and administrative functions related to utilization, maintenance and operation
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related position
- Knowledgeable in Property Development Accounting Standard will be an added advantage
- Familiar with IFCA system
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines
- Wiling to work in Jalan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
