- Provide full spectrum of customer service support to merchants and key accounts across the region, including but not limited to Hong Kong & Singapore
- Resolve any enquiries/complaints effectively via calls/emails/instant messages etc, in a timely and efficient manner, to ensure that a best-in-class customer service experience is delivered
- To collect and record all relevant information accurately
- To report details of all enquiries/complaints within the time frame to the relevant department or person-in-charge when required
- To ensure merchants are kept informed of the progress of their enquiries/complaints
- To prepare reports for tracking and records purpose
- To achieve individual performance expectations and development
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service preferred
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience in fintech or banking industries would be an advantage
- Basic salary of MYR3000-4000 + Attractive monthly KPI incentives up to MYR1000!
- Rotational shift work (5 working days per week)
- Training will be provided
