  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or Tourism or related field
  • Min 2 years of working experience as an HR (preferable in tourism or hospitality)
  • Cultural sensitivity, especially for international tourism
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
  • Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Overseeing the employee's termination process.
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance or leave records.
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

Salary Negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
