Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or Tourism or related field
- Min 2 years of working experience as an HR (preferable in tourism or hospitality)
- Cultural sensitivity, especially for international tourism
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
- Knowledge of the tourism industry’s trends and challenges
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Overseeing the employee's termination process.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
- Maintaining and recording employee attendance or leave records.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Salary Negotiable
