Job Overview:

Our client seeks a visionary Head of Sales/Revenue, to spearhead their strategic initiatives and drive their growth throughout Southeast Asia.

You will be the driving force behind their revenue growth, account management in the region, tasked with spearheading their expansion. This role is ideal for a leader who combines expertise in sales with a deep commitment to innovating revenue-generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with company's business goals and leverages their unique strengths in the GWP market.
  • Revenue-Driven Strategy Generation: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that focus primarily on revenue generation and market penetration.
  • C-Suite Networking: Utilise exceptional networking skills to foster and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, particularly marketing directors across multinational corporations, enhancing business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Aggressive Revenue Growth: Directly responsible for meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets through innovative sales tactics and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Operational and Team Leadership: Build and manage a top-tier sales team, fostering a
  • culture focused on achieving sales goals and driving revenue.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients
  • and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, continuously ensuring alignment with revenue goals while exploring avenues for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of strategic sales experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles, preferably within the GWP sector or related industries.
  • Demonstrable expertise in understanding market dynamics and consumer needs in high- volume transaction environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and championing company's corporate values.
  • Adept at strategic planning, with strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite level executives, with a robust network of contacts within the industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
