Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan for existing and future property development projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Establish a clear vision and set specific, measurable goals for the team, both sales and marketing.
Sales Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions. This includes tracking sales, performance, market trends and customer feedback to adjust strategies if required.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the C-levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, bank & lawyer panels.
- Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for all sales and marketing activities.
Marketing and Branding:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including social media, and online advertising.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials and events.
- Collaborate with the property development team to ensure marketable and competitive product offerings.
- Provide input on design, pricing, and features based on market feedback and sales data.
Leadership:
- Lead, develop, groom, mentoring and empowered the sales, credit, marketing and product management team to achieve sales goals.
- Proactive in identifying and removing any roadblocks that my hinder the team’s progress. This involves addressing issues promptly and finding effective solutions as a team.
- Develop the team through regular coaching and training to enhance their skills and keeping the team motivated.
- Foster a high-performance culture by building a strong relationship within the team members and create a supportive working environment to drive the team achieving the company’s goals.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Real Estate or any related field with 5-10 years of managerial experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the property development industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market, consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage external partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiar with relevant advertising regulations and compliance standards.
- Creative thinking and a customer-centric mindset.
