Accounts Payable Reconciliation Team Member
- Responsible for preparing Accounts Payables Global Account Reconciliation and Metrics Reporting including analysis, reporting, and driving for resolution for aged items & reconciling items.
- Participate in monthly balance sheet reviews with the above teams to ensure that aged items are highlighted & brought up for resolution. Ensure that the Accounts Payable Balance Scorecard and dashboards are maintained and updated regularly.
- Ensuring that Keysight operations are conducted per financial AFM policies and business controls.
- Ensure proper & timely escalation of issues to the supervisor or management team.
- Be responsible for audit responsibilities, both internal & external audits & SOX-related audits.
- Involved and not limited to the projects surrounding process improvements on reconciliation and metrics activities. Process improvements involve automating processes and reducing manual activity.
- Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting, and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control.
- Ensure new account recon tools and processes are effectively used/implemented within the function to achieve maximum productivity gains while meeting the organization's needs and maintaining proper business control.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in MNCs.
- Sound knowledge of the General Ledger Account Reconciliation and Metrics Reporting process
- Self-started, flexible, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage.
