Salary: RM2600-RM3000
Working days: 5 days, 2 days off
Working location: Plaza Sentral, near by Lrt station
Job Duties:
· Providing support to the Warehouse Department for Processing of Daily Purchase Orders
· Processing sales purchase orders, verifying the price list & Inventory available , issuing sale Invoices via accounting software within strict timelines
· Monitoring and verifying sales orders via online e-commerce platforms.- Lazada and Shopee on daily basis .
· Handling communications with resellers and warehouse personnel via phone, email, and in-person.
Accounts Assistant Requirements:
· Associate’s diploma or degree in related field with work experience.
· Proficiency with computers and accounting software.
· Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
· Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
*Proficiency in MS Excel with formula – example PIVOT and V Look etc *
*Able to handle strict time lines and deliverable on daily basis*
*Submission of Sales Invoices and other reports as required by the management on daily basis*

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
