Admin Cum Purchasing

Issue Purchase order, check available balance stock with warehouse vs system Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Track orders and ensure timely delivery Update packaging materials purchase information if have any changes Source and negotiate the best purchase terms Review quality of purchased products Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Arrange and handle import and export Requirement:  Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role  Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)  Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. SQL Accounting)  Understanding of supply chain procedures  Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses  Negotiation skills  At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position  Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
