We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant, Admin Assistant and Customer Support to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by handling various administrative and accounting duties, including data entry, supplier statement reconciliation, invoicing, and more.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree and above
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English as position need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in office software - Accounting related
  • Relevant experience preferred
