Job Purpose
- Responsible in Managing relationships with potential investors and key stakeholders, and oversee the offerings associated with our development projects.
- To carry out necessary tasks and assisting the manager to ensure that all revenue and profit set by Management is achieved.
- Identifying and engaging with potential investors, presenting development opportunities, negotiating terms, ensuring Business Unit Target sales/leasing/revenue are met and all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
Job Responsibilities
Investor Relations Management:
- Identify and engage with potential investors to present development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, presentations, and communications.
- Provide regular updates to investors on the status of development projects.
- Maturing discussion with companies to ensure Business Unit target sales/leasing/revenue are met (industrial product)
Stakeholder Management:
- Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders involved in development projects.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their interests are considered in development plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, briefings, and consultations.
Development Offerings Management:
- Oversee the offerings related to development projects, ensuring they align with company goals and investor interests.
- Collaborate with the development team to prepare and present comprehensive project proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of development offerings with investors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to development projects and offerings.
Market Study/trends and Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in investor relations, stakeholder management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and development project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software.
