About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our client account department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing accounts, assisting with month-end closing procedures, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. Job Responsibilities Financial Transactions: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting software. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure account accuracy. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation. Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare and submit monthly financial reports. Database Management: Manage and maintain accounting databases within the company's accounting software. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the accounting system. Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit tax reports as required by local regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to support informed decision-making. Prepare financial reports and presentations for management. Compliance and Standards: Stay current on accounting standards and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives. Provide financial expertise and support to other teams as needed. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
