What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both our member-facing and merchant-facing loyalty platforms.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimisation.
  • Analyse user data, conduct market research, and gather insights to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences that can handle high traffic and diverse user needs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and optimal performance at scale.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success across our large user base.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and create detailed product requirements.
  • Engage with members and merchants to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Implement strategies to maintain and improve product performance as user numbers grow.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing successful B2C and B2B products that scale to millions of users.
  • Experience in loyalty programs, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, particularly for large datasets.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into scalable product features.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and working with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of scalable architecture principles and experience with high-traffic applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them to large user bases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
