  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What's your job scope like?

  • Assist in collecting, extracting, and verifying sustainability-related data to meet industry standards.
  • Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies for our real estate projects, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource management.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to gather data on energy usage, waste management, and resource consumption, contributing to more eco-friendly practices.
  • Verify and catalog sustainability metrics to ensure data accuracy and support reporting processes.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and raise awareness of green practices.
  • Help create user-friendly dashboards for tracking and reporting sustainability metrics, with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience using Power BI.

Who are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and interest in the property development industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to learning about data analysis tools such as Power BI.
