We are Next Gen Media Singapore, a fast-growing real estate business, looking to maintain and strengthen our relationships with past clients. Having helped numerous clients sell and purchase new homes, we believe in staying connected and providing value long after the transaction is completed. We are seeking a highly organized and personable Client Relationship & Follow-up Manager to manage and execute our client follow-up system.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Client Relationship & Follow-up Manager will be responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with past clients by executing consistent, meaningful follow-ups each month. The role will include managing communication campaigns, providing relevant market updates, offering property-related insights, and ensuring our past clients continue to feel valued and supported. You will ensure that our clients are informed, engaged, and likely to refer or return for future real estate needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Follow-up Management:

  • Execute monthly follow-up communications with 60+ past clients via phone calls, emails, and direct mail (e.g., postcards, newsletters).
  • Track client interactions using a CRM system to ensure timely and consistent follow-ups (2-4 times per month).
  • Send personalized messages regarding property market updates, mortgage refinancing opportunities, and neighborhood developments.
  • Provide property maintenance and upgrade tips to clients to enhance the value of their homes.

Real Estate Market Updates:

  • Research and share relevant insights on market trends, government policy changes, and neighborhood infrastructure developments that could impact clients’ property values.
  • Inform clients of any upcoming real estate investment opportunities, new project launches, or asset progression strategies.

Client Retention & Relationship Building:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their current needs and long-term real estate plans.
  • Identify potential opportunities for future transactions, such as upgrading or purchasing investment properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns clients may have about their current property.

Mortgage & Financial Planning Support:

  • Stay updated on interest rate changes and provide clients with timely advice on mortgage refinancing options.
  • Assist clients in reviewing their current mortgage terms and suggest alternatives when beneficial.

Client Appreciation & Referral Programs:

  • Plan and execute client appreciation initiatives, such as exclusive events, webinars, or community activities.
  • Promote and manage a client referral program, encouraging satisfied clients to refer friends and family.

Administrative & Marketing Support:

  • Manage the content calendar for follow-up campaigns, including drafting and scheduling newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team (or external agencies) to ensure all communications are aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate or a similar client-focused industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and experience using marketing automation tools.
  • A proactive approach, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate markets, mortgage products, and property maintenance is an advantage.
