JOB DESCRIPTION: 1) Sales Strategy Development: Lead the development of sales strategies to drive student enrolment and achieve revenue targets.Drive new student recruitment by contacting and counselling potential UNITAR students. Encourage existing UNITAR students to progress to the next stage of their education. 2) Performance Metrics: Achieve sales targets as set by management, both for the team and individual goals. 3) Budget Management: Manage the marketing and sales budget, including scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Optimize resources to achieve maximum ROI. 4) Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the team to achieve strategic objectives through effective decision-making, motivation, and talent development. Execute activities and initiatives within the Sales team to develop and upscale team performance. 5) Event Management: Plan, manage, and oversee events related to the department, such as Open Days or Public Exhibitions. 6) Collaboration and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, professionals, and educational institutions (e.g., schools) to expand the network and enhance recruitment efforts. 7) Other Duties: Handle additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager and carry out duties in line with the policies and systems set by the Sales Department. Requirements: Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in any field. Has experience in Sales or Education industry(preferred). Eager to achieve KPIs and exceed targets. Familiar with or has used the Salesforce CRM system or a similar platform. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus. Friendly, warm, and open-minded. Digitally and numerically literate, comfortable working with technology and data. Passionate about education, with knowledge of the Malaysian education industry being a plus. Willing to learn and driven to succeed. Must be willing to work in Terengganu.
