Job Description(s)

  • To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and support office staff, including training, performance evaluations, and workload management.
  • To provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
  • Budget and Expense Management: Monitor daily office expenses, manage the office budget, team expense claims and identify cost-saving opportunities.

About The Job

  • Working hours: Five (5) days per week; Monday - Friday
  • Benefits: Performance Bonus, Medical Claim, Parking, Hospitalization Insurance, & Staff Training
  • Successful candidate should be able to work at Pasir Gudang Industrial Area.

Job Requirements

JOB EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma/Degree in any related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years' related experience as an office administrator or in a similar role;
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage; and
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
