- Manage the publication and updates of social media content, ensuring the timeliness and consistency of information.
- Gather and organize customer feedback and suggestions, reporting them to the marketing department to optimize products and services.
- Track social media interaction data, analyze customer behavior, and regularly report results to management while suggesting improvements.
- Candidates must possess at least minimum SPM qualification.
- t least 1-2 years working experience in customer service or reception.
