  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning by using OEE [Overall Equipment Efficiency] & KPI [Key Performance Indicator] Report
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Service (HR, SCM, QA, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions - Weekly Operation Meeting
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence – MPS [Master Planning Schedule]
  • Oversee overall financial management, production & resources planning, systems and controls – OEE [Overall Equipment Efficiency] Report and Capacity Report
  • Regular meetings with Operation Director around fiscal planning – Monthly KPI [Key Performance Indicator] Meeting
  • Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis – Weekly Operation Meeting
  • Monitor Production ( Stay on schedule, ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of products. – Weekly Operation Meeting
  • Oversee the maintenance management to prevent downtime caused by maintenance issues. – Weekly Operation Meeting.
  • Ensure manufacturing or production processes meet Quality procedures, Standards and Specification. – Weekly Operation meeting.
  • Assist and support Internal & External of Quality System Audit or Process Audit. – Weekly Operation Meeting.
  • Assist and support all new project are in plan, delivered on time, within scope and budget. – NPI Meeting
  • Degree or MBA in Business Management or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as Production Manager or equivalent position.
  • At least 3 to 5 years experiences in Metal Stamping Operations preferred or Optional.
  • Language proficiency: English, Mandarin
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
