SITE ENGINEER

1. To programmed all works and delegate to site supervisor all jobs organization including planning all priority activity as site requirement. 2. To establish alls drawing details to site supervisor to avoid any clash activity with other trades. 3. To check all site supervisor to high discipline in performance of daily works. 4. To check all bill / invoice /claims / measurement on site with site supervisor instead measuring from B.Q. or drawing. 5. Do not take too long confirming any instruction are delaying on confirming which tendency of over look which may effect if any Extension of Time. 6. Assist to estimates materials requirement with site supervisor to avoid wastage. 7. Avoid repeating works / double handling to sub/contractor to ensure not to cause financial loses to Company. 8. Check stocks of materials before any order make by site supervisor to avoid surplus / wastage. 9. Plans / Drawings are requiring to refer at all times. 10. To assist Project Manager / Engineer to follow-up any application to authorities any forms of approvals procedures. 11. Enhance any kind of co-ordinates with one activity to another. 12. Always co-ordinate with Purchasing Department any materials requirement in advance NOT at last minute. 13. To ensure materials stocks on site well kept and protected that your duty to make sure all site supervisor are instructed to avoid any damages due expose in open areas with the security of any kind vandalism. 14. Do not take for granted all contract are benefited with privilege of Extension of Time as may cause additional overhead to company. 16. Determine site condition in organized any sub/contractor to mobilize any machineries / works to avoid waiting time / mobilization of any plant.
