Job Responsibility

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Brand Messaging: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive positioning to inform brand efforts.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) to engage our audience and grow our following.
  • Content Creation & Development: Design eye-catching graphics and write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials tailored for different audiences and platforms.
  • Campaign Development & Support: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and events that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or public relations role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with brand management and public relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Willing to work at Publika, KL
