Job Responsibility

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Build rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections to convert leads into customers.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not committed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimun SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the products/services being offered and the ability to convey this information convincingly.
