JR58239 Shift IPPC / Scheduler
As a Shift IPPC / Scheduler, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing team, helping us to meet our volume and product targets.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor WIP receiving, input, and production status on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with Site Manufacturing to effectively manage hot lot, Slow Moving, Aged Inventory, and Hold Inventory, optimizing our inventory levels.
- Conduct daily reviews of production status and output plans to meet our daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in meeting volume and product targets, adhering to IPPC plans and machine setups.
- Lead the manufacturing team to meet performance goals, including Cycle Time, MLT, OTD, and Line Pass.
- Provide regular reporting on production activities.
- Diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain.
- At least 2 years of experience in supervision, production planning, and supply chain.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Able to work on shifts.
- Comfortable working in a production environment.
