JR58239 Shift IPPC / Scheduler

As a Shift IPPC / Scheduler, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing team, helping us to meet our volume and product targets.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor WIP receiving, input, and production status on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with Site Manufacturing to effectively manage hot lot, Slow Moving, Aged Inventory, and Hold Inventory, optimizing our inventory levels.
  • Conduct daily reviews of production status and output plans to meet our daily and weekly production goals.
  • Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in meeting volume and product targets, adhering to IPPC plans and machine setups.
  • Lead the manufacturing team to meet performance goals, including Cycle Time, MLT, OTD, and Line Pass.
  • Provide regular reporting on production activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or Supply Chain.
  • At least 2 years of experience in supervision, production planning, and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Able to work on shifts.
  • Comfortable working in a production environment.
