  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
  • To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.
  • Attend EZ Connect and EZ Protect enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.
  • To handle full settlement request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers.
  • Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Effective in multitasking, fast-learner and a strong team-playe

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
