  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Possess at least a SPM/O-level or higher qualification.

Preferably with customer service experience in logistics services.

  • Must be computer literate and possess good communication skills.

.Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate all procedures and documentation pertaining to import and export shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs.

Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.

Keep in touch with industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.

Maintain resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
