Primary Responsibilities
To book shipments in various modes of transports, primarily sea and air
Monitoring of shipments and maintaining status and visibility of shipments
Correct and timely handling and review of all transport relevant documents
Serve as first point of contact for our customers
Liaise with our appointed service partners
Attend to and solve incident and complain issues timely and efficiently
Fast replies to enquiries and requests
Be a role model for entire CS/Operations team and valued team member
Support reviews of standard operating procedures (SOP)
Co-operate with other departments locally and within the network.
To support on any other related tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional experience in international transport logistics
  • Proven track record of handling and organizing shipments in one or more of the following mode of transports: Sea, Air, Truck, Rail or/and Express
  • Solid understanding of shipping terms, documentation and terminology
  • SPM/Diploma in Transport/Logistics or Business Administration, International Business
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English, further languages like Mandarin very welcome
  • Well-organized with IT-based day-to-day operations
  • Proficiency in common applications e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP experience is a plus
  • Willing to take ownership and responsibilities as problem solver

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
