Key Responsibilities:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Retail Management, Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Creative Design, Supply Chain, or related.
• Collaborate with industry experts and gain valuable insights into various aspects of our business.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong desire to learn, contributing actively to our dynamic team.
• Adapt quickly to tackle a wide range of tasks and embrace challenges with enthusiasm.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and answering questions about products and services.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Help with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Assist in tracking sales metrics and inventory levels to support inventory management and sales analysis.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Internship position available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Students are required to speak and write in English very well.
• The students compulsory to have their own laptops to conduct their tasks during their internship.
• Having a valid car license is an advantage.
• Willing to commute to Kuala Lumpur (KL) for work.
• Candidates must be flexible and open to relocation, travel, and reassignment to different roles, locations, or departments within the company and its subsidiaries as needed.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative spirit.
• Adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic work environment..
