The Group Supply Chain (GSC) Manager is responsible for overseeing procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain digitalization processes. This role ensures the strategic alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization, efficiency, and maintaining a robust supplier network. The GSC Manager will lead the group supply chain teams to drive performance, improve forecasting, and enhance digitalization efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement supply chain policies, processes, and digital tools to improve efficiency.

-Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support overall business strategy and ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.

-Oversee purchasing plans, and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

-Partner with internal cross-functional teams to drive supplier management and sourcing strategies.

-Lead and manage the overall inventory health across the group, ensuring optimal stock levels.

-Responsible for managing routine shipping and distribution operations on a daily basis, and ensure that shipments arrive at their destinations on time and within budget.

-Oversee the monthly PSI and IBP processes, leveraging data insights to improve supply chain performance.

-Enhance statistical forecasting, consumption analysis, and collaborative forecasting to ensure supply chain reliability and accuracy.

-Drive digital demand management through in-house intelligence and digital solutions.

-Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities that support career development and improve functional expertise.

-Build strong relationships across departments to encourage cross-functional collaboration and innovation in supply chain solutions.

-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage risks across the group supply chain functions.

To be a Successful Candidate:

-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline.

-In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and BI software (e.g. SAP, LN, Tableau, Power BI).

-Certification in APICS, CIPS, or similar supply chain-related qualifications is advantageous.

-Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably with global procurement or international trading experience.

-Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.

-Effective communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills.

-Experience in statistical forecasting, consumption analysis, and collaborative forecasting is highly desirable.

-Sound knowledge of local customs requirements, shipment handling, Incoterms, and forwarding agent requirements.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data insights into diagnostic and actionable solutions.
