Requirements

  • 7-10 years of finance leadership experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or property development.
  • Proven CFO experience in a reputable company.
  • Deep understanding of industry dynamics, regulations, and best practices.
  • Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance (or equivalent).
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant professional accounting qualification.
  • Group consolidation reporting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting, regulations, and tax planning.
  • Corporate governance and financial law expertise.
  • Risk management and M&A experience.
  • Strong investor relations skills.
