JOB SUMMARY
1. In charge of Front office operation, meeting room booking, cleanliness of front office, courier service & documentation distribution to associates
2. In charge of stationeries ordering, others goods ordering.
3. Responsible for main lounge maintenance and cleanliness
4. Responsible for visitors' registration & inform to PIC during visitors arrival.
5. To monitor coffee capsule stock balance, selling, transaction & ordering
6. To support to serve for VVIP visitor & Guest
7. To support on the hotel/flight / transportation arrangement
8. To support on company ad hoc event from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENT
1. SPM or Diploma with experience
2. Communication Skill, Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
