INTERNSHIP/INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up, operating, maintaining machinery and equipment. - Monitor production processes and ensure product quality meets established standards. - Support the engineering and maintenance teams in troubleshooting equipment issues. - Assist in routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and machine repairs. - Work alongside production supervisors and senior technician to ensure smooth operations. - Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. - Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed, including machine logs and maintenance reports. - Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other industry standards. - Assist with audits and safety inspections, and contribute to health and safety initiative. Qualifications and Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field. - Strong interest in manufacturing processes and machinery. - Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance principles. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Willingness to learn and take on challenges in a production setting. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
