SPARK Child Development Centre (SCDC) is a child rehabilitation center focused on therapist-parent partnership and we are practicing Transdisciplinary approach.

We are looking for quick-learners who are fun and playful around kids to be our holistic Interventionist.
To excel in this role, quick adaptation, emotional resilience and fun creativity will be your best tools.
On-the-job training will be provided to equip you with the skills you need and our support for you never stops.

REQUIREMENTS

Min. Bachelor. Masters holders are also welcome to apply.
Field of study: Child Psychology, Special Needs Education, Early Childhood Education, or anything else that is relevant.
3 years and above experiences working in this field.
Compassion and empathy with a thirst for knowledge
Able to communicate well with team members
Undergo in-house training for professional development
Take ownership of your work

JOB INFORMATION

To conduct related functional assessment and therapy sessions to improve child’s functioning level (i.e., family therapy)
To monitor & track the progress of child according to modules by liaising with other professionals
To communicate and review with parents/guardians for child’s progress
To attend and contribute personal in review or liaison meetings with therapists or management team
To assist in conducting research particularly in school placement topics
To prepare reports if necessary
To go through Personal Continuous Professional Development by attending HQ training sessions.
To oversee the operations including manage financial resources, manpower allocation, upkeep facilities, ensure smooth operation, supervise staff training & performance, marketing and customer service
To supervise and ensure centre operations are following Head Office (Kota Damansara HQ) operation regulations and policies included.
To manage and guide the team in administration including human resource management, financial duties, private and confidential data, facilities upkeep and maintenance, customer service, etc.
