Job Summary: Monitor the allocated customers’ goods that are incoming and outgoing from the Warehouse.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Incoming and Outgoing

· Receiving, weighing and measuring the dimension of cargoes.

· Labelling and handing over cargoes to authorities / airlines’ Warehouses as and when required.

· Sort all export documents where required.

· Data entry into specific systems.

· Monitoring palletize shipment.

· Prepare trucking report and bank guarantee reports.

Team Supervision

· Oversee a team of Logistics Assistants to ensure they meet operational goals timely and accurately.

· Undertake manpower planning and staff productivity monitoring.

Reporting and Documentations

· Maintain a clean, safe and neat work area.

· Report any discrepancies and issues to the Supervisor.

· Ensure KPI and targets are met.

· Check orders and confirm and sign delivery notes.

· Conduct physical investigation for variance inventories.
