Senior IT Hardware Officer

Responsibilities: Responsible to assist the IT Manager to manage the overall IT – Hospitality & Tourism Division's hardware -related project / ERP Implementation and hardware-related matters. Work together with Hospitality & Tourism HODs/users/IT vendors/suppliers to ensure that the approved hardware / projects done by vendors/suppliers are as per agreed specifications. Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, software quality, and innovation. Focus on more effective, efficient, and cost-effective software methods. Responsible to research, identify, propose and initiate new / upgrades/enhancements on hardware, and maintenance issues. Responsible to develop, evaluate, and action hardware-related operation methods, processes, end-user training & development, quality standards, cost, and system to exceed Company expectations. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of working experience, result-oriented and is capable of a hardware management in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Knowledge in hardware research, implementation, end-user training, management, maintenance is a prerequisite.
