Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Assistant at Eastern Steel SdnBhd in Cukai. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR management, benefits administration, training, and recruitment.

  • Prepare monthly site progress report.
  • Monitor and coordinate work progress projects, internally and externally.
  • To handle Human Resource related matters.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Language proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin (added value)
