*Job Description:*

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Research Assistant to join our team, focusing on durian farming and research. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about durian farming, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work in both field and office environments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the durian farm, including planting, maintenance, harvesting, and pest control.

- Conduct field research and collect data related to durian farming practices.

- Prepare and write detailed reports on research findings, observations, and farm activities.

- Work closely with the research team to develop and implement innovative durian farming techniques.

- Communicate effectively with team members, farm workers, and stakeholders.

- Travel between Puchong and Raub as required to support farm operations and research activities.

*Requirements:*

- Passionate about durian farming and agriculture.

- Graduate or undergraduate degree from an accredited agricultural university.

- Willingness to travel between Puchong and Raub.

- Comfortable working outdoors in a farm environment.

- Strong research and report writing skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
