Project description

Our client, a prominent leader in the FMCG sector, is seeking a HR Manager – Culture & Organizational Effectiveness to drive continuous improvement across Southeast Asia. This role will focus on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization, and Team Effectiveness. Additionally, it involves supporting the company's Cultural Transformation goals through Employee Engagement and Communication.

What you will be doing

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management:

  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee end-to-end Talent Management processes, including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and learning & development.
  • Identify talent gaps and address development needs.
  • Drive leadership development programs in alignment with the company’s Cultural Transformation goals.

Organization & Team Effectiveness:

  • Collaborate with BU leaders to enhance organizational and team effectiveness.
  • Lead workshops and team-building initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Drive initiatives for organizational design and efficiency

Employee Engagement & Communication:

  • Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys, creating actionable plans based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to boost employee engagement and manage internal communication channels.
  • Create and maintain internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI):

  • Develop EDI strategies and initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Provide guidance on integrating EDI principles into business processes.
  • Monitor EDI metrics and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions:

  • Act as HR Business Partner for corporate functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, R&D, and HR.
  • Support corporate leaders in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide HR expertise for addressing specific corporate function challenges.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in HR or organizational development, focusing on culture and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in sectors like consumer goods, food manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
